Entrepreneurs looking for funding
Got a great idea but don’t know how to fund it?
Running a Business is not for everyone. It's fine for those with motivation and ability, but many so-called 'entrepreneurs' are more accurately inventors who have great ideas but want someone else to exploit them.
Equity Entrepreneur® supports the microFunding® business funding process for inventors.
microFunding® helps fund great business ideas. It really increases the chances of finding money and making it into a serious business success. The rewards are based upon the well proven formula of ‘30 for the inventor, 30 for the investor and 30 for the management’.
It gives you, the Inventor, the chance to:
- realise your ideas at minimum personal cost
- have your ideas protected and exploited on your behalf to the maximum extent by experienced and skilled business managers without the need for further personal involvement
- have the business paid for and managed by other people and yet still keep a big stake in the success of your ideas without further commitment of time or money
- continue to do what you do best - come up with more great ideas!
And the cost of starting this process is only £25.00 including VAT, payable when you load your idea.
Follow this link to find out more about the microFunding® process, and how your ideas are protected from unscrupulous exploitation.

Equity Entrepreneur® Workshops
The Equity Entrepreneur® Workshops are designed for entrepreneurs too:
- Help entrepreneurs make their case successfully to a Funder
- Inform anyone about the plusses and pitfalls of Business Angel investing, and how to approach Business Angels.
Workshop 4 – ‘Getting Money’
Objectives
- provide an in-depth understanding of what to expect when raising money
- how to understand what funders are looking for
- provide insight into the many factors that influence funders
- give guidance on approaching funders with plans and pitches
- and give entrepreneurs a methodology for maximizing their chances of success.
Method
- Starting at 1 pm, each Workshop takes two half days. Because both sessions are very intensive, there is a lot of reading needed to be done both in preparation and in between the sessions
- We follow the process and logic of raising funds in a logical sequence, with
- short plenary sessions looking at real examples, interleaved with
- many small workgroup sessions to solve real issues arising in real cases,
- backed up by detailed workbook notes and
- practical toolkits for immediate use with
- actual help with participants own business plans and pitches, closing with
- live pitches by each business of its own case.
The Workshops are heavily subsidized, and represent fantastic value – but even so, a modest charge sometimes has made to cover costs.
